SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS Below is our application form for our scholarship requests. Please print a copy and review carefully. Scholarships submitted this year will be reviewed by the scholarship committee for the 2009 fiscal year. Scholarships will be worth $1000 to the awardee and will be utilized at one of the approved accredited cultural schools.
